Main Ingredients:
- 250gm of meat (Wu Hua Rou is ideal)
- 300gm of your choice of vegetables
Seasoning Mix:
- 1 packet of 30gm Fu Gui Spices
- ½ table spoon “see yau” (black soya sauce)
- 1 tea spoon of starch
- 1 table spoon water
Steps:
- Use half a packet of Fu Gui Spices for the seasoning mix
- Stir the seasoning mix well into an even mix
- Marinate the meat with the seasoning mix
- Let it seasons for half an hour (or more as preferred)
- Pan fried pork slices till golden brown with some oil
- Add vegetable (green vegetable or other) with water
- Stir and cover for a few minutes
- Stir & add ½ to 1 teaspoon starch with half a bowl of water. Let it slimmers for a while.
- Then scoop to dish

- 烧热食油后,把肉片煎至稍微金黄色
- 加入西芹片
- 洒少许水
- 薯粉水勾芡
- 翻炒均匀后上桌
