Braised Meat with PearlRing Brand Ginseng Fu Gui Spices

Main Ingredients: 

  • 500 gm of Pork belly (or “3 layers” meat)
  • 2 pieces of tou kan
  • 6 eggs

Seasoning Mix: 

  • 1 packet of 30gm Fu Gui Spices
  • 2 table spoon “see yau” (black soya sauce)
  • 5 bowls of water

Steps:

  • Rinse pork belly with hot water
  • Stir the seasoning mix well into an even mix
  • Marinate pork belly with the seasoning mix 
  • Let it seasons for four hours (or more as preferred)
  • Put pork belly into pot.
  • Cooked to boil on high fire then switch to medium fire
  • Take out pork from pot once it softens
  • Add in de-shelled hard boiled eggs and cook for 5 mins
  • Take out eggs and add in tou kan and cook for 5 minutes
  • Put pork belly, eggs & tou kan back into gravy in pot
  • Ready to serve

材料: 

  • 三层肉500g
  • 豆干两块
  • 蛋六粒

调味料: 

  • 真珠人参富贵真香料一包
  • 黑酱油两汤匙

 

煮法:

  • 把三层肉,豆干,去壳熟蛋放入锅内
  • 倒入B调味料
  • 加上五碗水
  • 以大火煮滚后再用小火焖约一小时
  • 肉软嫩即可上桌
