Main Ingredients:
- 500 gm of Pork belly (or “3 layers” meat)
- 2 pieces of tou kan
- 6 eggs
Seasoning Mix:
- 1 packet of 30gm Fu Gui Spices
- 2 table spoon “see yau” (black soya sauce)
- 5 bowls of water
Steps:
- Rinse pork belly with hot water
- Stir the seasoning mix well into an even mix
- Marinate pork belly with the seasoning mix
- Let it seasons for four hours (or more as preferred)
- Put pork belly into pot.
- Cooked to boil on high fire then switch to medium fire
- Take out pork from pot once it softens
- Add in de-shelled hard boiled eggs and cook for 5 mins
- Take out eggs and add in tou kan and cook for 5 minutes
- Put pork belly, eggs & tou kan back into gravy in pot
- Ready to serve

- 把三层肉,豆干,去壳熟蛋放入锅内
- 倒入B调味料
- 加上五碗水
- 以大火煮滚后再用小火焖约一小时
- 肉软嫩即可上桌
