Shark Fin Sea Cucumber Chicken Soup with Ginseng Chicken Soup Spices

Main Ingredients: 

  • 300 gm of chicken
  • Preferred amount of shark fin
  • Preferred amount of sea cucumber

Seasoning Mix:

  • 1 packet 30gm Ginseng Chicken Soup Spices
  • 8 – 10 bowls of water

Steps:

  • Cut chicken into smaller pieces and put into pot
  • Add seasoning mix into pot
  • Cook for 40 minutes
  • Add shark fin and sea cucumber into pot till soft and tender
  • Add some potato starch powder
  • Bring to boil 
  • Ready to serve

材料: 

  • 鸡肉300g
  • 鱼翅酌量
  • 海参酌量

调味料(B):

  • 30g的真珠人参鸡肉汤料一包
  • 水8到10碗

备注:

  • 把鸡肉切块放入锅内
  • 加入B调味料煮40分钟
  • 加入鱼翅,海参煮到软嫩
  • 加入薯粉水勾芡即可上桌
