Main Ingredients:
- Vegetable: corn stalk, peas, carrot, cauliflower, broccoli, capsicum and any other.
Can also add different types of mushroom
Seasoning Mix:
- 1 packet of 30gm Fu Gui Spices (use half packet)
- Quarter table spoon “see yau” (black soya sauce)
- 2 table spoon water
- ½ to 1 tea spoon Starch
Steps:
- Prepare vegetable by cutting to preferred slice/size
- Stir the seasoning mix well into an even mix
- Add cooking oil to frying pan and heat up
- Add the vegetable and mushroom to pan
- Add some water
- Fry and once cooked, add in the seasoning mix
- Stir evenly
- Ready to serve

- 半包30g真珠人参富贵真香料
- 少许黑酱油
- 少许水
- 薯粉
- 搅均匀后备用
煮法:
- 烧热食油
- 倒入A材料
- 洒少许水
- 炒熟后,加入B调味料
- 炒均匀即可上桌
