Main Ingredients:
- 300 gm of chicken
- Preferred amount of shark fin
- Preferred amount of sea cucumber
Seasoning Mix:
- 1 packet 30gm Ginseng Chicken Soup Spices
- 8 – 10 bowls of water
Steps:
- Cut chicken into smaller pieces and put into pot
- Add seasoning mix into pot
- Cook for 40 minutes
- Add shark fin and sea cucumber into pot till soft and tender
- Add some potato starch powder
- Bring to boil
- Ready to serve

- 鱼翅酌量

调味料(B):
- 30g的真珠人参鸡肉汤料一包
- 水8到10碗
备注:
- 把鸡肉切块放入锅内
- 加入B调味料煮40分钟
- 加入鱼翅,海参煮到软嫩
- 加入薯粉水勾芡即可上桌
