Ginseng Bak Kut Tea with Ginseng Bak Kut Tea Spices

Main Ingredients: 

  • 0.8 – 1 kg pork ribs

Seasoning Mix:

  • 1 packet 30gm Ginseng Bak Kut Tea Spices 
  • 8 pieces of garlic
  • 8 – 10 bowls of water
  • 1 table spoon black soya sauce (“see yau”)
  • Additional Pepper (optional for enhanced spiciness)

Steps:

  • Put pork rib into a pot
  • Add seasoning mix into pot
  • Cook to boil with high fire
  • Switch to medium fire for 50 minutes
  • Ready to serve

Note:

Ginseng Bak Kut Tea can be cooked with pig stomach, liver, kidney, chicken, beef, mutton and as soup base for vegetarian food.

Also good as soup base for steam-boat.

  • 排骨800g

调味料(B):

  • 30g的真珠人参肉骨茶汤料一包
  • 蒜头8粒
  • 黑酱油一汤匙
  • 水8碗

 

煮法:

  • 把排骨放入锅内
  • 加入B 调味料
  • 以大火煮滚后,再以中火煮50分钟上桌

 

 

 备注:

本汤料也可以用来肚, 鸡肉, 牛肉,羊肉, 亦可以加入猪肝, 猪腰, 还可以素汤和汤面等。
